1. What's your MOQ? Can you accept small orders?
For stock order, we can accept small order. 5-10 pcs trial orders are welcome.
For OEM order with custom logo, the MOQ depends on different models. Generally, the MOQ is not less than 500 pcs one model.

2. What's the delivery time?
For stock order, normally the cargo can be shipped out within 3 days after the payment is done.
For OEM orders, the delivery time depends on which model you have ordered. Generally, the lead time ranges from 30-65 days.

3. How can we pay you?
Trade assurance order on Alibaba is the first option. West Union & T/T & Paypal are available as well.

4. What's your payment terms?
Full amount for stock orders before shipment.
For OEM orders, 30% deposit before production, 70% balance before shipment.

5. How about shipping methods?
If you have shipping agent in China, goods can be sent to your courier after payment.
If you have no cooperated courier, let's confirm the shipping methods together before shipment. Also we can try Alibaba Logistics.

6. How about the warranty?
